1 · Parties and purpose

This Evaluation & Data-Handling Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between GeomodL International FZE ("GeomodL") and the individual identified in the signature block below ("You"), acting for the company stated there. It governs your evaluation use of Imagio, GeomodL's surface-conversion application, at imagio.geomodl.com.

2 · The local conversion script

On first use, a small conversion script is downloaded to and runs entirely on your computer. Its sole purpose is to convert heavy interpretation data — horizon interpretations, fault sticks, ZMAP+ grids and point-set (X, Y, Z) exports — into a smaller, more ingestable surface format. The script performs no function other than this conversion and the transfer described in Clause 4.

3 · Your source data never leaves your computer

All processing of your source interpretation data happens locally, in your browser and on your machine. Your source data is never transmitted to, stored by, or accessible to GeomodL or any third party through Imagio.

4 · What is transferred to GeomodL

Only the end result is transferred to GeomodL's server: the derived GeoTIFF surface with fault corridors cut out, together with its metadata — surface name, location (coordinate reference of the surface), your user name, and the date of conversion. Nothing else is transferred.

5 · Purpose of the transfer

Transferred surfaces and metadata are used by GeomodL for further evaluation purposes only: quality control of the conversion, demonstration of downstream analysis (such as trap screening), and improvement of the service. They are not sold, shared with, or disclosed to any third party.

6 · Confidentiality

GeomodL treats every transferred surface and its metadata as your confidential information, protects it with reasonable technical and organisational measures, restricts access to personnel who need it for the purpose in Clause 5, and will delete it on written request to info@geomodl.com. This confidentiality obligation survives termination of your evaluation access.

7 · Contact about your surfaces

Separately from this Agreement, and only if you tick the corresponding optional box below, GeomodL may contact you at the email address in the signature block with further analysis performed on the surface(s) you upload. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to info@geomodl.com; withdrawal does not affect your access to Imagio.

8 · Evaluation software — no warranty

Imagio is provided for evaluation "as is", without warranty of any kind. Derived surfaces are for evaluation and are not represented as fit for operational decisions. Either party may end the evaluation at any time; Clauses 5 and 6 survive.

9 · Acceptance

Ticking the acceptance box below and clicking "Accept & create account" constitutes your electronic signature of this Agreement as of the date below. If you do not accept, Imagio cannot be used.
